Stephanie joined the team in October 2016 after working in the retail industry. Stephanie has joined Arden Personnel for a new challenge in her career. Steph is loving her new job and really enjoys working in a fast paced and rewarding environment. She enjoys assisting candidates with their next career move. Steph is very excited about the future of Arden Personnel.
Roneet joined the Arden team in June 2014, to focus primarily on business development. Roneet progressed to temporary Recruitment consultant to then our Senior Consultant and is currently training to become Arden’s Branch Manager.
Leah joined the team in January 2016. She started as an Apprentice Account Manager and is loving the new challenge. Her favourite part is following the process through to the end and getting a placement. Leah is studying towards her Level 3 in Business and Administration and is looking forward to becoming a more experienced recruitment consultant.
Lisa Reynolds from Talent Performance now works in partnership with Arden Personnel. Lisa has over 20 years experience working within Leadership recruitment and development and we are delighted that Lisa is working with Arden’s clients to offer this exclusive service. Sian Smith from Cloverleaf Marketing has worked with Arden from the very start. Sian is our lady who heads up all of our social media campaigns from, blogs, Twitter, Facebook and our monthly newsletter. Sian also organises our events which covers candidate open days and HR seminars.
Managing Director Lissa began her working life in the travel industry with Going Places and Thomas Cook. Lissa moved into recruitment over 10 years ago and has built an extensive knowledge and a big book of contacts through working for some of the area’s largest agencies in Birmingham, Warwickshire and Worcestershire, and managing some of their largest accounts. Lissa set up Arden Personnel from her dining room in May 2012 and in just two years has steadily grown her business into office premises in Alcester and built a team of four.
