G Lets London Limited is a specialist lettings agency set up in 2012 to provide temporary accommodation services to Registered So

We provide our landlords with a comprehensive private sector leasing service that includes; a guaranteed monthly rent, full property management and the assurance that the property will be returned at the end of the lease in the same condition that we took it in.

We give all our tenants ongoing support to help them settle in their new home and maintain their tenancy.

G Lets London differs from other letting agencies because we are in partnership with My Social Enterprise a ‘not-for profit’ social enterprise and a number of RSLs in London.

All of the money we make goes back to a fund that buys more of our own property so that the organisation can help more people on their journey from street to home.

Greenwich Lets Limited is a is private company set up with the aid of several registered social landlords. Any profits we make go back to the community interest company My Social Enterprise

so the organisation can help more people on their journey from street to home.

We work with private sector landlords, and bring them into the Private Sector Leasing Schemes of many Registered Social Landlords whom want to use their properties to help give a person a step up in life, providing them with a low risk and low maintenance way to achieve a consistent and financially viable income on their properties.

We help start a new stage of a persons journey to full independence giving them a platform where they can build self confidence, save money and establish a credible landlord reference for when they want to move on from their Greenwich Lets property.
