Critical to the service we provide is understanding your requirements and aspirations. We invest time developing a detailed client brief by grasping sensitive details such as desired location, plot size, lifestyle and design features. We bring to life the vision of a home tailored perfectly to your individual needs.

Once construction is complete and prior to occupation you will be escorted and introduced to your new home by the directors. We will explain the detail and intricacies of the property confirming how everything works and ensuring you are completely happy before handing over the keys and final occupation.

Should you require our expertise or help in some way outside of office hours we will always aim to be available. We are committed to ensuring that following completion you continue to receive the best possible service with any problems or concerns being dealt with promptly. We will also arrange to visit the property every 6 months for the next 2 years to carry out detailed inspections and ensure any snagging problems that might occur after completion are picked up and dealt with immediately to your complete satisfaction.
