Yummy Mummy is a family business, managed by Julie Batten.
Having been pregnant and breastfed 3 times, Julie found that a lot of the clothing from the nicest maternity and nursing websites that she came across were out of her budget, so her aim with the Yummy Mummy site is to provide both affordable and beautiful maternity and nursing clothing, from a stunning website that won't break the bank.
Julie also has experience in the nursery industry, owning the award winning baby comforter brand Sleepytot. The success of the Sleepytot brand earned her an award at the National Mumpreneur Awards in 2014 where she picked up business tips from inspiring Mumprenuers Caprice and Annabel Karmel. Julie then went on to get a place in the Top 100 Mumprenuer list in 2015.
We are big believers in supporting charities and this year we are supporting
who are all about reducing still birth and helping babies arrive safely. We have become involved in their online fundraising auctions by donating Yummy Mummy gift cards and Julie and her 2 sisters are running a half marathon soon to raise money for this fantastic charity.
