Khalid Hussain and Arif Iqbal are the Company Directors, started the company in early 2012. Both directors have more than 10 years experience of working in accountancy and taxation and has extensive knowledge of the issues relevant to small and medium size businesses.
We have an established client base of individuals for whom we provide bookkeeping, accounting and tax services. We also service subcontractors in the Construction Industry Scheme, preparing and agreeing accounts, calculating and agreeing tax liabilities and filing these online with HMRC.
We are also service providers of bookkeeping, tax, accounting and audit to small and medium sized businesses. In addition to supplying all the accounting services required to ensure Companies meet their statutory responsibilities of filing year end accounts with Companies House and HMRC we also provide Management accounting services including monthly or quarterly accounts and help prepare budgets, cash flows and forecasts. Many Companies choose to outsource their entire accounting and finance function to us, relieving them of many problems and allowing them to concentrate on growing their business, which is where their core expertise lies.
We add value to our clients’ businesses by ensuring the basics are done properly, with experienced qualified staff.
We run part or all of their finance and payroll functions, hosted on our computer systems. We are experts at providing a complete finance function at competitive rates.
