Through our UC products, our mission is to give organisations the tools to revolutionise communications across their operations.
A few years ago we saw the growth of then Lync and now Skype for Business, and knew this product was going to be a game-changer, so we went about building a fully hosted & managed Skype for Business Infrastructure for our clients.
This idea started around a table 4 years ago with three friends Alex, Gareth and Eddie. We realised we had three unique skill-sets that complimented each other. We were right in our thinking, and VIA has now grown to become the largest hosted Skype for Business provider in the UK.
We knew that cloud solutions were the future and went about building the best infrastructure in the industry. We also knew that Skype for Business direct from Microsoft was missing many key features that customers just need. So we added these missing features and made them easily accessible from our Management portal, what seemed like common sense to us was completely missing from the industry.
