About Solvo Vir
Solvo Vir helps individuals unlock their potential and turbo charge their careers, with accredited training programmes endorsed by national awarding bodies. We are listed on the Education and Skills Funding Agency’s Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers.
The training programmes we provide help employees to gain the industry-specific qualifications they need to further their chosen career. Employers look to us to provide on-the-job training that improves their organisation’s productivity, efficiency and agility.
Our expert trainers and assessors have been working with organisations to provide high quality specialist training programmes and apprenticeship schemes since 2012. This is because we want to see individuals flourish and businesses reap the multiple benefits of a more highly skilled and motivated workforce.
We help to place adults in apprenticeships and on training courses, often when they are already working in an organisation but would benefit from developing their skills. We also provide apprenticeships for younger learners leaving education who would like to continue to learn on the job and work towards a recognised qualification.
Our training and assessment team works with clients across England. We specialise in business apprenticeships in back-office roles for individuals and also offer assistance for businesses who would like to access Levy funds and gain entry to co-funded apprenticeships, where the employer benefits from government funding, or co-investment.
Training with Solvo Vir
Upskill your staff with recognised apprenticeship qualifications and make your organisation stand out as an exceptional place to work – a high-performing business that sets itself ahead of competitors.
Benefits to your business
As employer who provides training opportunities you are more likely to retain existing staff who are keen to progress in their careers, as they can do this with you rather than by moving elsewhere. Staff morale is improved, especially when several people undertake training together and can share in the effort and eventual success. The fact that your staff have gained accreditation in key areas gives you advantage over competitors.
The employer-employee relationship is strengthened when employees know that their organisation or business recognises their potential and wants to help them succeed. Job satisfaction is enhanced when new skills make day-to-day aspects of a role better understood.
Standards are delivered over 12 – 30 months (depending on the standard) either on your business premises or remotely. Solvo Vir’s delivery model will be tailored to suit the particular needs of your business. We train both on-site in a classroom setting and remotely online.
Classroom sessions are ideal for fostering a collaborative working environment. Group interaction enhances learning and makes it easy to share best practice. Apprentices learn from one another as well as from the Solvo Vir trainer.
