Marion is passionate about people development and has focused the last few years on developing her knowledge and skills in this area. She has a post graduate in Personal and Executive Coaching, and is an NLP practitioner. This followed a corporate career in a FTSE top 50 organisation, where she travelled from finance, through various change roles to and operational directorship, where she lead a team of 3,000 people. She has a degree in Business studies and is CIMA qualified (Accountancy) and is a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists.
Marion set up Imagine Coaching and Consulting in 2012 as a result of a gap that she saw in business, where it was all too easy in the cut and thrust of modern business to forget how to be authentic, and appreciate everyone you worked with at a very human level. She wanted to provide solutions to organisations to help them get back in touch with what makes people great.
Marion provides her services to organisations of all sizes, from FTSE top 50 companies, to smaller customer service operations. This is in addition to her work with individual professionals.
