Our senior leadership have over 35 years experience in both the public & private sectors of the catering, retail, hospitality, stadia, bars, event, and cruise industries, having provided operational support and leadership to management teams of outsourced contracts at some of the UK’s most prestigious venues that include;
Qualsafe Awards accredited training courses conducted at a time and location to suit your business throughout Kent and Sussex. Certificates are issued to candidates within 10 days of successful course completion.
The Food Information Regulations came into force on 13th December 2014. Under the new regulations, food business operators now have a legal responsibility to provide complete and correct food allergen information to customers.
