Ross has a Degree in Business Studies & Sports Science as well as a professional background in Digital Marketing, working for and consulting some of the UK's largest brands, helping them to revolutionise their digital advertising strategies.
Ellie has been teaching Fight Klub for 3 years. She followed the Fight Klub methodology to the letter, and built up the most successful community classes in Hertfordshire from scratch! Through her perseverance, enthusiasm and positive attitude, Ellie now presents Fight Klub Beat Box at events. Her friendly and helpful nature has led her to become part of Fight Klub's core team, heading-up the role of supporting our Fight Klub Instructors.
To this day, FIGHT KLUB® remains one of the most original, popular and talked-about combat-based workouts in the UK. In the past year, gyms in three European countries have launched FIGHT KLUB® concepts with unprecedented success. Troy handles the Sales, Business Development, Teaching, Presenting and Event Coordination areas of the business.
Claire worked as Finance Director at an engineering consultancy business for 10 years, then was headhunted to become the Senior IT Project Manager for a multi-site asset tracking system for Sainsbury’s which remains the most successful IT project roll-out to date. She was also involved in the roll-out at a similar project at John Lewis Head Offices.
In 2010 she attended her first FIGHT KLUB® class and caught the FIGHT KLUB® bug. During of 2011 she became involved with helping at the events committing some time to doing some PA work for Troy. Due to the rapid growth of FIGHT KLUB®, by the end of 2011 she was approached by Troy with regards to officially setting up FIGHT KLUB® as a limited company and becoming the Finance and Admin Director. In 2013 she then chose to pursue her passion for Fight Klub® and left the Project Management role to become Troy’s business partner.
Claire handles the Financial, Logistical, Human Resources, Merchandise, Event Management and Administrative areas of the business.
