Pure Inventories first began in 2008 and was originally based in South West London. Sarah started the company after a long career in residential lettings.
After the introduction of the TDS scheme in 2007 Sarah decided to take her career in a different direction and launch her own business and so Pure Inventories was born.
Things quickly grew and from small beginnings Sarah quickly gained a reputation for excellence and going that extra mile for her clients. On top of that and with her exceptional customer service , prompt response times and going above client expectations , these were the pillars on which she built the business.
I have spent my entire working career working in property and its really something I am passionate about. Even now I still love visiting different properties and helping landlords and tenants with the whole move in process. I always enjoy building up good relations with my clients and I carry out as many visits myself, so you can be assured of complete consistency throughout the check-in and check-out process.
We are full and executive member of the AIIC and have been since 2008.
We are full executive members of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC).

We are now based in Hove having recently transferred the business from London and can cover anywhere in East Sussex.

We are fully insured with all necessary Public Liability and Professional Indemnity cover.
