We have been providing our clients with advice and support since 2011 and with a high percentage of repeat business we believe we must be doing something right! Our ethos is simple; If you are a company or individual who needs a bit of help with construction costs we can help you. We support Clients who are creating their own projects as well as the Contractors who are tendering to build them. Sitting both sides of the fence enables us to better understand the potential challenges in a project and enables us to be proactive in seeking resolutions. That is why we are called Dynamic QS. We are constantly changing and progressing to meet our Clients needs.
Lisa Crosher is a very experienced, confident and capable Quantity Surveyor who decided to set up her own Company back in 2011 chasing the arduous dream of the perfect work / life balance. She has three young children, is a School Governor, a keen member of the PTA and will always find the time to make sure her Clients are kept updated, feel listened to and are satisfied. Her motto is a job worth doing is worth doing well and she truly believes that.
We specialise in short term, temporary and part time projects. Our sectors are mainly Commercial, Shop fitting, Social Housing, Facilities Management and Refurbishment & Alterations. But if this is not exactly what you do then still give us a call as we can probably help, and if we couldn’t we may know someone who can. Some of our projects have been providing holiday cover or additional support to a Company’s own in house provision (a bit like a direct temp agency) and some have involved collaborating to build a larger team using our trusted network of QS’s / Estimators / Project Managers all adding their own specific skillset to deliver a project. It may be a cliché but no job is too small (or large)!
