Info-CTRL was founded in 2012 by Chris Collins and Liz Barron who have run a business change management consultancy for 20 years. They have a wealth of experience in business modelling, process re-engineering, data analysis and IT implementation. Working with medium and large-sized businesses across a range of industry sectors, they identified a pattern that is true for a majority of companies:
