Ruth founded Momentwm Consulting to provide a unique blend of management consulting, practical hands-on management and leadership development through performance coaching and mentoring in order to support organisations and individuals facing challenges and change as well as those seeking career progression.
As well as running her own business, she draws on over 20 year’s leadership experience in a wide variety of senior management roles within the Financial Services Industry and has had real, hands-on experience of leading teams both large and small, implementing changes and helping people to achieve their goals and ambitions.
She understands first-hand the challenges you are facing in business and works closely with you to enable you to create realistic and workable solutions to those challenges.
She works both within organisations and independently and can adapt any of her services to suit the particular demands of you, your organisation or business. She has strong links with a number of excellent associates with similar skills and values and can deliver Momentwm’s services on a small or large scale to suit your needs.
