ABOUT IMAGE DEVELOPMENTS (NORTHERN) LIMITED

Image Developments started trading on 15 November 2011, the first workshop soon became too small so the Company relocated to Sheepfoot Hill in Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 7DS.

The new larger workshop made room for further machinery and increased the company's capacity to make more varied products. Windows, doors and bespoke kitchens are the products that are normally manufactured, however we meet our clients needs wherever possible.

The Company also undertakes building projects; extensions, new builds, conversions, re-furbishments and change of use, normally from agricultural buildings to domestic. Have a look at the “case study” page to see what we’ve been up to recently.

We also have IDSS in our armoury, a spraying services Company that has recently moved into Unit 4 Sheepfoot Hill and provides a good reliable spraying service to meet the high standards of the joinery manufacture side of things. IDSS also undertakes spraying services for business’ and home owners.

Thomas Bothamley and Dean Olley are the two directors of the Company, friends from school and later apprentices together in the late 1990’s at Rohan Woodworking Ltd. Having both completed their apprenticeships they moved in different directions within the building trade.

The recession of the late 2000’s brought the pair together again and here they assembled the “redundancy crew”, good solid joiners, builders and support staff who, by no fault of their own had faced tough times through the economic downturn. These staff, most of whom are still employed by the Company founded the backbone of Image Developments, loyal people who try their very best to meet the needs and wants of the Companies clients.
