Riverside Home Care is a small and friendly home care company based in Stourport upon Severn.
Established in 2004, Susan, our owner started the company after believing that there was a need for a home care agency that truly put the needs of the service user before the needs of the company. This value and belief is still practised today and we believe it is the secret to our success.
At Riverside Home Care, we believe that the views of the service users and that of their families are of paramount importance. We offer person centred and practical care in our service users own homes to promote independence whilst respecting individuality, dignity and privacy.

Sharon has worked for Riverside Home Care since 2005 and started as a community care worker. She has recently been promoted to Care Manager and is now working towards becoming Registered Manager. Along with Susan, Sharon is also heavily involved in the day to day running of the company and has achieved her Level 3 Diploma in Heath and Social Care.
Charlotte has been with Riverside Home Care for over two years and provides administrative support to the team. With a background in retail management, Charlotte brings a wealth of experience including assisting with wages, finance, rotas and general office support. Charlotte looks after the social media accounts and supports the managers in the office.
All managers have between them over 3 decades of practical skills, knowledge and experience and truly believe in putting the needs of the service user before the needs of the company.
