It is our intention to provide a more personal and direct service than is possible by larger firms, often preoccupied by their growth, rather than their clients’ interests. This ensures each and every one of our clients has their work undertaken directly by one of our experienced Directors, who will build a personal working relationship that instils confidence in the capabilities of CA4 Partnership.
Our directors have been colleagues since late 1980’s when they all worked at Crosher and James, which at that time was the only specialist firm of capital allowances advisers. The trio continued to work together as Croshers became part of Davis Langdon and then part of Aecom, but decided they wanted to work for a smaller niche firm with a much more Client focused role.
In 2011 Clive and Tim therefore decided to create The CA4 Partnership and were very pleased to be joined in 2013 by Satnam.
We are a niche consultancy providing advice on all types of expenditure on property, throughout the UK. We work closely with many other professional service providers, particularly Accountants, to provide complementary valuation and technical expertise.
Whilst we’re happy to discuss capital allowances with anyone, our advice typically helps those with projects ranging from the £100,000 fit out contract to the £250m acquisition of a large trophy building.
