Lynne joined the company in 1991, having worked in the insurance industry locally since 1977 and is the most experienced member of the team. She has gained in-depth knowledge of a diverse range of insurance products within the personal lines, small and medium enterprise, and commercial markets. Hayley joined the company in September 2012 following ten years working at the Pension Service. In her previous employment she acquired many skills which she has brought with her to Pounder Insurance. Since joining the team Hayley has received on-going training in certain aspects of the insurance industry including personal lines and in the next year she will look to increase her knowledge and experience in the small and medium enterprise market.
