We will respond to equipment breakdown call outs more often than not within hours of the call being received from customers who have an annual maintenance agreement with us. As well as offering maintenance and on-going servicing for new cooling and heating systems supplied and fitted by ourselves, we are often asked to maintain and service units that we have not installed as we have built up an excellent reputation for reliability and efficiency in respect of maintenance we carry out on wall mounted, ceiling cassette or ducted type units and VRV/VRF multi unit type systems in London.
