The quick response we received was excellent! A home visit was made a short time later. Charts and pictures can be very deceptive and misleading so the fact that a wide range of product samples were brought to our home made choosing our new floor a lot easier.
Simon provided an excellent level of service. He was extremely helpful during the consultation, which made me choose him. I was not disappointed. He assisted with every aspect of choosing the correct floor, and the quality of installation was superb. Highly recommended!
