Hotel Advisers Limited was founded by John Sheppard who brings over 30 years experience to the hotel, leisure and hospitality business. John was Senior Partner of Robert Barry & Co, one of the UK’s leading specialist property brokers, which was acquired by Colliers International in 1999.
John was responsible for leading the merged specialist division and for the development of hotel related business in EMEA and the Caribbean. Having worked in the corporate sector for many years John formed Hotel Advisers in 2011 so that he could focus more closely on individual client assignments particularly where the need for confidentiality, discretion and personal attention is valued.
Based in the UK from where it services a domestic and international client base, Hotel Advisers has also developed a successful niche practice in the Caribbean whilst also undertaking assignments throughout EMEA.
