recruitx was formed in 2010, with the vision of changing how small to medium size companies advertise jobs online. Challenging what could be viewed as the ‘norm’ and creating new, innovative products which we believe will benefit our clients, making it easier and more cost effective to fill your vacancies.
Fast forward to 2017, and recruitx is now a leading aggregator, aligned to the UK’s leading job boards and job search engines, serving in excess of 1,000 clients. Providing a cost-effective platform to enable companies to reach as far and wide a job seeker audience as possible.
The world of job board advertising is changing and we are ideally placed to evaluate new and innovative products that will help strengthen our portfolio as we move forward into the future. One thing is for sure, whilst there are always multiple job boards, there will always be recruitx.
At the heart of recruitx is what we call our ‘anchor’, an accomplished team of business leaders and entrepreneurs from all walks of life that make up the Non-Executive Board of Directors. With over 100 years of combined experience between them, they form a pivotal part in the strategic direction and future growth of our business offering valuable experience, insight, opinion, support and maturity that a young business needs in order to grow in what is a very competitive industry.
Mike Gibson has a 30 year pedigree in IT Sales and Business Management across Nortel, BlackBerry, G4S and Juniper.
Mike brings recruitx core skills in market analysis and a firm understanding of customer decision making.
James began his career as a software engineer developing simulation and training systems for both UK and foreign military. He built up his first business in the late 1990’s.
James has been involved in developing a number of products for a range of major clients. He has founded several companies over the last 15 years in various industries, including mobile telecommunications and motor sport.
We use recruitx regularly to advertise positions within our company. We simply cannot find any other service which offers such a wide variety of job board access at the price they charge. We will continue to use recruitx for all our advertising purposes.
