Clinical Decision Making
As we are a private provider of Speech and Language Therapy, you can refer your child directly to us. Please contact us directly and we will be happy to guide you through the process.
responsibility to check with your insurance provider what they will cover before you agree to engage us for assessment and therapy.
We will always provide you with the schedule of our costs when you first make an enquiry with us. This means you can make an informed decision.
There is a large amount of associated work that goes with assessment (e.g. report writing. making contact with education providers etc). Our fees reflect the volume of work. We believe we have a duty to you to deliver a high standard of assessment and advice; there is no way to cut corners to bring in a lower assessment cost than we already charge.
When claiming your assessment and therapy through your insurer, it is your responsibility to pay our invoices to us. You should then claim your costs back directly from your insurance provider.
All Speech and Language Therapists working for Everybody Talks are fully qualified Speech and Language Therapists, holding recognised degrees in the profession.
We are all members of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and Health Care Professions Council.
Everybody Talks
About Everybody Talks
Everybody Talks is a small, but growing team of Private Speech and Language Therapists dedicated to bringing best quality care to our clients. Our team of experienced, permanent Therapists meet the needs of our growing School Services Provision. We take on a small number of individual private clients at any one time when our schedules permit.
Prior to establishing Everybody Talks John Doleman (MSLTPrac, HCPC, CertMRCSLT, MASLTIP) worked within the NHS. He spent a number of years working in different PCTs and Trusts across the country, and noticed the same thing over and over again: a growing need for Speech and Language Therapy and stretched public services, often unable to provide timely and consistent support to families and schools.
John set up Everybody Talks to meet the needs of these children, families and schools. Seeing the child in the context of their environment and engaging parents as much as possible remains a key feature of how we work.
The company has steadily grown over the past five years; we now employ four Therapists to help cover the schools that work with us.
We currently provide Speech and Language services to 16 schools: 11 across London and 5 in Kent.
We have provided training for more schools across London and the surrounding counties.
We are continually looking to developments within the Speech and Language research community to enhance the services we offer, and we are committed to keeping up with these developments through regular training.
