In 2009 I started providing cleaning services for clients direct and ad hoc subcontracting works for other established cleaning companies. This was a valuable proving ground and I could see there was a niche in the market for a reactive customer focused cleaning company.

In 2011 TNT & Son Commercial Cleaning Services was formed as a Limited Company. My vision of building a modern cleaning company with great customer service for all clients is still my primary objective. The ethos of “the client comes first” drives me to constantly adapt, acquire specialist skills and services to meet my clients’ demands. Our team commitment has earned the Company an enviable reputation for excellence in service fulfilment.

Both the Management and I clean every day. When it comes to getting the job done no one in my company is above getting their hands a little dirty; and I believe it demonstrates to our clients the commitment we have collectively. All of the team are employed and trained by us, the Contract Managers and Team Leaders encourage everyone to seek new and better ways of working as their performance is key.
