The director of K3 Projects is an Architect and a Town Planner and, has worked in both fields – he has worked in Architects’ Practices in Africa and United Kingdom and has, also worked as a Senior Planning Officer in Local Government in London - and, is therefore well placed in terms of possessing requisite skill and experience for preparation of design proposals with good prospect of obtaining planning permission. K3 Projects deals with planning and architectural issues from inception to completion of the development process including matters such as feasibility studies, design proposal/s, s106 negotiations/ CIL, planning application/s, building control approval/s, etc.
K3 Projects is an interdisciplinary practice of planners and architects. We work closely with users, clients and the community to create special places for living, working, shopping, culture and learning across United Kingdom and Africa.
