I called Ken and he was at my property 40 minutes later to give a quote! We were under quite a bit of time pressure to get the work done as the builders had already started on the loft and the electrician needed the upgrade completed before he could start work. Ken provided a very reasonable quote, explained exactly what work needed to be done and the workman on the day was very tidy and polite. He went out of his way to work around the family and other workers when we needed power at various stages. Couldn't recommend them highly enough an unusually satisfying experience with a tradesman!
