Asprey Estates is following in a long-standing tradition. The Estate Office was established in the 1920's by developer Richard Costain & Sons to serve as a sales office for the prestigious Kingswood area.
It remained within the same family for three generations and more than eight decades. The office was operated successfully as an independent estate agent until 2008. Following a complete renovation and sympathetic refurbishment, Asprey Estates reopened The Estate Office in 2011 with a clear vision for marketing fine homes.
