“As a manager of an childcare setting, it is really important that all staff are paedeatric First Aid trained and this year we used Child Matters to deliver the in-house blended course. I had attended a course delivered by Claire Street last year and knew that the standard was extremely high. The team had 8 weeks to watch the on-line theory videos (6 hours in total) and we then had a 6 hour practical training day delivered by Claire. Claire is incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional which ensured the practical training session was invaluable as the team were engaged. All the staff felt that they had learnt lots and are now more prepared to deal with any incidents that may arise. I can not recommend Child Matters highly enough. The enrolling process was user friendly, the customer service was first class and overall the experience has been nothing but positive.”
