Jane is an accomplished commercial lawyer, having qualified as a solicitor over ten years’ ago she spent her formative years in private practice within the Corporate Finance Department of a national law firm before moving in-house to spend several years advising the directors of a large privately owned manufacturing company with a turnover of £35M. Seeing a gap in the market, Nineteen Legal was formed in 2011 to provide bespoke and affordable commercial legal solutions to the SME & OMB market.
She has built a team of professionals with extensive experience of handling commercial matters over a broad range of industry sectors, offering strategic solutions to business.

You will have sound technical ability and experience in all commercial matters, in addition to a real understanding of SME and family-owned businesses. You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working as part of an integrated team but who thrives in an autonomous environment.
