Gillian is a highly experienced HR Generalist having worked in senior posts in several FTSE 100 companies managing a full range of HR matters including employment law and relations, training & development, HR systems, talent management, recruitment, performance management, HR processes and HR strategy.

Retained outsourcing fees start from £100 per month and are then calculated according to the number of employees you have. We do not tie in clients to lengthy contracts. HR documents can be purchased at rates starting from £25 per document if no HR outsourcing package is purchased. Contracts of employment and staff handbooks are written individually for each company depending on their needs and fees can be discussed depending on the requirements.
A policy on major sporting events can help employers to avoid disruption by ensuring that employees are aware of what is expected of them. You could have a policy covering all major sporting events, or publish a new policy for each specific large event.
