MSC IT Solutions Ltd was formed in 2011 by Mark Cronin, an IT Consultant and entrepreneur from Hartlepool in the North East of England. After working within the education and private sector for over 10 years, Mark decided it was time "go it alone".
MSC IT Solutions' aim was - and will always continue to be - to provide the highest standard of service and support available to deliver effective IT solutions whilst maintaining the best value and clear advice. At MSC, we set our standards high. We then go the extra mile to exceed them on behalf of out ever expanding list of clients.

The company who we were using initially wasn't very co-operative, and there were a lot of issues that we were not making progress with.

He got away from the ‘geeky’ terminology that people like me don’t understand and described everything he was doing in layman’s terms.
