Cadmap is a highly professional, fully accredited Land & Building surveyors, specialising in measured building surveys and topographical surveys, operating primarily in London, Sussex, Surrey and the South of England. The company has over 25 years experience within the construction industry, providing professional Land Surveyors and Measured Building Survey drawings.
Cadmap has offices in prime locations to serve our expanding work load, such as the North London, Finchely office which is located 20 minutes from Central London and also serves South, East and West London, and surveying jobs north of the M25. The Surrey office is situated in Woking, this serves Guildford and surrounding towns in Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and further to the West. Cadmap has another small office located in Horsham which operates in West Sussex, East Sussex, Brighton area and Kent.
Cadmap's highly experienced surveyors undertake land and measured building surveys using Leica 1200-1100 series Robotic Total Stations and Leica GPS, the survey data captured is highly accurate which offers architects, developers, designers and the general public a true reliable representation of their site which is presented on digital plan format or hard copy.
The reflectorless PinPoint R400 laser function allows surveying building heights, Ridges and Eaves, building elevations and other data which is crucial to obtain before any development. The advantage of the laser function is no access is required to 3rd party land to gather this information and keeps your plans classified to neighbours. This again can assist in the smooth application and approval of the development. All land surveyors and staff at Cadmap have been 'CRB' Criminal Record checked and hold valid 'CSCS' Construction Skills Certificate Scheme cards.
Cadmap Ltd are seeking to recruit Land & Measured Building Surveyors at all experience levels to join the company on a full time employed basis.
The main areas of field work are in London and the South East, Cadmap undertake a variety of projects ranging from small domestic topographical surveys to large retail/commercial measured building surveys.
