When you’re transmitting and storing data in an off-site cloud which is owned and supported by a third party provider, you’ll want to be sure it’s robust and safe. Worryingly, not all “clouds” do have the same high levels of security and integrity and so it’s always worth checking this out beforehand.
At Yoozoom, we’ve chosen to store our client data directly within BT’s 21CN network, the only UK network designated Critical National Infrastructure which is CAS-T assured and accredited to ISO 22301 for Business Continuity and ISO 27001 for Information Security Management.
We’ve done this because we want our Cloud Voice and Cloud Contact Centre clients to have complete peace of mind they’re making a safe choice.
ISO 22301: Business Continuity Management
ISO 22301 is the international standard for Business Continuity Management. It’s designed to protect your business from potential disruption from issues such as extreme weather, fire, flood, natural disaster, theft, IT outage, staff illness or terrorist attack. Having ISO 22301 in place means a provider has identified and put plans in place ahead of time to ensure their business doesn’t come to a standstill in the event of a business continuity issue.

Business continuity - hosted PBX - all sorted!
Don’t let freak flooding, snow blizzards or any other unexpected event get in the way of your business success. A cloud-based phone system or cloud contact centre gives every employee the ability to access calls from anywhere – that’s a big headache gone when it comes to business continuity.
When your phones are in the cloud, they’re accessible anywhere, on any internet enabled device, so there’s less need for your employees to work from their office desk 9-5. Features like call reports and call recording provide complete transparency for managers.
The ISDN network will be obsolete from 2025 so if it’s time to upgrade, be sure to invest in a phone system which is future-proof. Cloud phone systems which run on VoIP technology are a popular choice for many businesses.
We migrate you seamlessly so there’s no unexpected disruption to your business.
