I have run my own business for the last 10 years as a facilitator, coach and trainer. My own journey of transformation in recent years has led me to deepen the focus of my work in supporting individuals and teams to evolve their challenges by exploring the power of values and identifying purpose.
My strengths lie in helping people liberate themselves from limiting beliefs and fears, expand their awareness of self and others to create empowered new mindsets and choices, in both their leadership and their life.
