The original company was called Kappa Control and was formed in the 1990s. When we started we specialised in the design and manufacture of control systems. Over the last few decades the balance of our work has changed from system integration and is now much more focused on the design, development and manufacture of electroincs. It was decided to re-brand the company so as the name better reflected the core operation of the business and Anglian Electroincs Ltd was formed in April 2011.
Most of our work is a combination of software and electronics and many of our products and designs have at their heart an embedded microprocessor. These can range from minute devices up to 32 bit RISC processors. We still provide system build using PLC and other standard control equipment when needed.
Our customers range from one man start up businesses right up to mutli-national companies, and we provide services such as feasibilty designs and consultancy, pcb design, software development and manufacturing using our own in-house production facilities. As well as the electronic design we aslo work closely with several companies who specialise in product design for enclosures and housing and we have access to 3D prototyping facities so as we can provide a complete prototype design for new products.

We specialise in the design and manufacture of embedded microcontroller based products and contract electronic manufacturing. With over twenty years experience in the electronics field we can help in prototype design and concept discussions through to final product manufacture. Our customers range from one man businneses to multi-national companies. We have in house facilities to carry out pcb schematic and pcb design, board population and have our own surface mount production capability to allow us to carry out small to medium production runs. Over the many years we have been in business we have built up a range of contacts that we work with who can provide rapid prtotype design, injection tooling, cnc sheet metal and machining to provide complete product design and manufacture if required.
