We selected Syzygy to work with us to deliver a large Solar PV installation at our flagship shopping centre, Liverpool one, in 2015.  We met a number of firms looking to work with us, but decided that Syzygy stood out from the rest because their approach was different. They are technically very ‘hands on’ in their approach, but they also understand property, and the commercial drivers that underpin these projects for us. Personally, I am really pleased we selected Syzygy, they were a pleasure to work with and took much of the potential pain away.

As a business we are extremely keen to improve the efficiency and sustainability of our centres.  Syzygy have worked with us to develop a co-ordinated approach to on-site generation across our portfolio.  We met a few of the ‘traditional’ consultancies when we embarked on this process, and Syzygy stood out from the crowd.  They are specialists, they have their own team of in-house experts, and enable us to deliver our CSR and financial objectives in a pain-free way.  We would not hesitate in recommending them, indeed we often do!

Syzygy have worked with us since 2011, and have project managed several projects for us.  One of Syzygy’s strengths, in my opinion, is that they are pragmatic in their approach and understand the commercial proposition as well as the technical.  We sold a portfolio of assets, some of which had large Solar PV installations. Syzygy had originally managed the delivery of these projects, and were providing the on-going asset management at the time of the sale.  They provided purchasers with all of the documents and data required and enabled us to validate and demonstrate the income streams – the purchasers capitalised the income and we were very pleased with the return we made for our investors.
