Salmart Limited are pleased to announce that they are now able to offer "2D Floor Plans" as part of their package. 2D Floor Plans will only be available as part of a combined package with an EPC. Prices for 2D Floor Plans are based on the number of floors in the property. A floor is classed as a level of a property with at least 2 usable rooms. If a property has a single room basement or an attic room this would not be charged as an extra floor. Prices are for properties up to 500 square meters. Larger properties will be quoted on an individual basis depending on complexity. We aim to email floor plans in PDF format within 48 hours.
