At short notice, Channel Compliance were appointed as the CAF Rail UK maintenance training provider for the new fleet of NIR Class 4000 DMUs. The transition from the previous training provider was seamless and despite having to re-write much of the original training documentation, Scott and his team of experienced trainers were able to maintain a high standard of training course delivery, consistently achieving high feedback ratings from course attendees. Flexible in their approach and quick to respond to technical changes, training is on time, well presented, and most importantly, enjoyable for all technical staff who attend the courses.
