John Cobb Consulting are a multi-disciplinary professional firm of Project Managers, Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors based in Croydon, Surrey.
The Practice was originally established in 1973 as a partnership and became a limited company in 2011.
Every project entrusted to the firm becomes the personal responsibility of a Director or Associate Director who will remain closely involved with the project until completion.
Our multi-disciplinary background and commercial awareness has provided us with a detailed understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the construction industry.
We provide our Clients with expert advice on procurement of construction work, contractual issues, construction costs and building defects analysis. We offer cost effective yet innovative design solutions.

Paul joined the firm in 1997 and was promoted to Associate Partner in 2002, Full Equity Partner in 2005 and Equity Director in 2011. Paul's special areas of expertise include healthcare, hospitality, education, retail and commercial development.
Neil originally worked for the firm from 1998 to 2000 as a Graduate Building Surveyor and rejoined in March 2014 as an Associate Director. Neil's special areas of expertise include retail, education, office fit out, healthcare and commercial development.
Graeme joined the company in 2016 as an Associate Director, responsible for the Quantity Surveying service delivery within the firm. Graeme’s specialist areas of experience include; leisure, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and sports infrastructure.
