All Westworks frameworks can be refined to suit a member’s needs, operationally, socially and financially. We even provide templates and training to support your delivery teams in accessing what you need to deliver to your customers.

Westworks’ solutions are established after comprehensive consultation with members and their customers to establish actual needs and outputs as well as carrying out product and market research. This is then tendered as performance and delivery specification to ensure the delivered product is as required. The submissions by potential providers are rigorously tested and checked by a panel of users (members) and only those that satisfy the requirements of the framework are appointed.

Westworks solutions are procured in accordance with Public Contract Regulations (2015) and applicable EU Directives. Access to and management of call-off contracts is managed and supported by Westworks to ensure complete compliance and audit-ability. Our e-procurement system provides an end-to-end audit trail to which we can provide access for your auditors.

Westworks Procurement Ltd was incorporated in April 2011 and is a not-for profit company wholly owned by its members and is funded by recovering a small commission direct from each supplier.
