Loveitts Commercial is a small dynamic team of independent property consultants, Chartered Surveyors and commercial property agents based in Coventry and covering the wider West Midlands area, Warwickshire and Leicestershire from the company's five local offices.

The experienced team, led by John Pugh B.Sc., MRICS (Director) together with Steven Evans MRICS and Mark Treadwell MRICS, (who are all Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers) provides a friendly and personal but proactive and professionally accountable across the commercial property sector acting for clients across a diverse range of sectors acting including for institutional and private property owners, investors, developers and occupiers, as well as a number of local authorities and also local and national charities.

Alongside the team's expertise in commercial agency (successfully and consistently disposing of industrial, office, retail space and development land) across the region, Loveitts Commercial provide a comprehensive range of property services including acquisitions, valuations (for secured lending purposes, pension funds and for transfer, tax and matrimonial purposes etc.) together with surveys, dilapidation schedules, Expert Witness reports and Lease Advisory (undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals, acting for landlords or tenants).
