We have been established in the centre of the Welsh capital since 1986; our Managing Director, Peter Beckerley, started with the firm in 1987 as an Articled Clerk, which perhaps gives an indication of the team spirit and camaraderie the firm has always enjoyed. Litigation costs can appear daunting: as such, with every case we offer a bespoke, transparent package on fees, in accordance with the nature of the case and the client’s budget.. With commercial disputes we are firm believers in capped, fixed fees or retainers, to give the client that necessary reassurance that costs will not run out of control.
