Katy is the office administrator and works closely alongside Julian and Mark making sure everything runs like clockwork. Katy prepares the property details and uploads files and property images to produce the website marketing material and newspaper advertising. Katy is the office engine room and is integral to the smooth running of the operation.

There is little he doesn’t know about Plympton and he has a great affinity with its people and property. His passion is customer service and he strives daily to provide his clients and customers with the very best service. Spencer spends much of his free time with his partner Trudy and his two sons Ralph and George. Mark’s historic success is bountiful – he understands exactly what is required to help vendors market their properties to the best advantage and prides himself on providing exceptional service that meets the highest expectations. He lives locally and is supported by his wife Tanya and three children; Georgia, Matilda and son Hugo. Mark keeps himself fit and healthy and engages in many sporting activities which include cycling and water-sports – including diving and kayaking.

Steve is a vastly-experienced estate agent with an involvement spanning three decades. He has served the Plymstock community for most of his estate agency career and his local knowledge of the area, people and property are invaluable. His experience also encompasses the rental market and he is proud to head the rentals department for Julian Marks Estate Agents. Steve is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) which provides him with a unique skill-base, unrivalled by any local competitor. He lives locally with his family: wife Vicky and two daughters – Bethany and Emily – and enjoys an active life participating in sports such as football and golf.

Jane is a ‘go getting’ girl with a passion for property. Having worked in various sales and letting environments she brings a dynamic edge to our property management business. She lives locally with her family and enjoys keeping fit and travel, in particular City breaks when she has any spare time !
