Bayfield were highly professional throughout the design and build of our 2015 extension. They understood our requirements and took time to explore how we’d use our new space with excellent suggestions for improvements to our early ideas. As well as completing the design, they managed the planning permission process, invitation to tender and appointment of a builder. They then project managed the build and ensured the builder stuck to the specification with any and all snags properly rectified.

Bayfield Design produced an innovative design, a detailed specification and submitted all our paperwork before project managing the whole residential new build scheme on our behalf. Any problems or questions and they were there to help and provide reassurance.
