Who We Are
Founded in early 2012 and based in Eastbourne serving Sussex, Kent and Surrey. Smart Aerials is a family business specialising in TV, AV and communications.

With the continued growth of our business in inevitable that some team members will come and go, but being a family business the top two will remain the same. Meet the team below.
After working in the aerial & satellite and AV sector for numerous years and reaching a position with his former employers where he could not be promoted any farther. Thomas in early 2012 founded Smart Aerials. Thoroughly enjoying his new role and having lent his name to the business. Thomas has seen the company rise swiftly to the position where it is today and places particular emphasis on continually moving and evolving with the all latest systems associated with our trade.

With Gemma fulfilling similar roles at previous employers and shortly after Smart Aerials began trading, the phones started ringing and they didn’t stop (thankfully!). Gemma was then appointed ‘Customer Relations Manager’. Gemma took to her new role like a duck to water and with some hard work put in understanding the systems installed by the company. Gemma is now able to confidently discuss, quote and give advice to our customers.
Thanks again for dropping by the site. Being wholeheartedly confident in Thomas’ abilities and enthusiasm I was inspired to leave my employers and take on my role within Smart Aerials. I am now proud to call myself a business owner and am proud to able to theoretically install some TV systems, I say theoretically because you will never catch me going up a ladder!
