Over time, teak naturally turns from its new straw-like colour to a silver/grey. We use a two part cleaner and restorer from Wessex Chemicals. Part one, the cleaner, removes all the dirt and grime and green, whilst part two, the renovator restores the colour to eventually dry to its original straw colour. Wessex Teak Cleaner and Teak Renovator are not harmful to aquatic life or the marine environment. Their test results show that the two products quickly turn into harmless salts after use.
We offer a fully comprehensive yacht and boat valeting service tailored specifically to those yachts about to enter onto the brokerage market as we are conscious that a well presented yacht is a saleable yacht. We believe that if your yacht is presented at its best, when an offer is made, the ability for the potential buyer to haggle because of insignificant valeting issues are greatly reduced, if not completely removed.
