About Aqua Kinetics
The co-owner and lead therapist at our Bolton centre is Anna-Lise Higton who gained her Level III qualification as a Hydrotherapist for Small Animals in 2011. She ran her own grooming business for several years before becoming a hydrotherapist and is also a qualified Nutritionist for Dogs & Cats. Other qualifications include Canine Psychology and Behavioural Modification, which she provides on a 1-to-1 basis.
Her behavioural work with dogs has concentrated on rehabilitation of "naughty" dogs, dog/people aggressive dogs and fearful dogs. Her training and experience helps her a great deal when working with difficult patients who do not cope well with new experiences or environments.
Our state of the art Tudor Aquatic Treadmill has now been commissioned and we are treating patients. This equipment has revolutionised hydrotherapy treatment for many conditions and we are thrilled to be the first in the area to have one. We look forward to rehabilitating many patients who otherwise might not have had the best prognosis for recovery or quality of life. Aqua Kinetics Small Animal Therapy Centre offers a wide range of services for dogs, cats and small pets within the North West. Our services include Hydrotherapy, Rehabilitation, Nurtitional Therapy and Behavioural Training & Modification.
We are members of
We are only able to accept animals through Vet referral. Anna-Lise Higton is also an Accredited Member of the Pet Care Trust.
