Amanda founded Amanda Shaw Solicitors in 2007. She previously worked at ASB Law in Horsham as partner, and, although she enjoyed her role there, she had a strong vision of what she wanted to achieve in her own practice.
She set out to break the mould of conveyancing services available in the area, by building a business with a family feel, and a highly-responsive, but relaxed attitude.
Linda has 20 years’ experience of working in various legal practices, but she likes being here with us because of the family feel and relaxed style of the business.
Having worked first as a legal secretary, and then as a legal executive, Nelia has a wealth of experience. She is responsible for residential conveyancing and plot sales on new developments at Amanda Shaw Solicitors.
She loves this work because she finds helping someone along the way to moving into their new home and easing the stress that comes with the process incredibly rewarding.
Vivien has been with us since we started the business, and worked with Amanda for four years before that too. When Amanda set up the firm it was vital to her that Vivien was a part of it. She is responsible for managing our client work post-exchange and through completion.
We love Vivien because her loyalty and commitment are incredible – we literally could not do what we do without her. She has a wicked sense of humour and an infectious laugh, she holds the team together and always gives her job 100%. This is vital as she is dealing with all of our completions and making sure that every client’s move day goes according to plan.
Kirsty deals with purchases, from the very start of a transaction, through to when we are ready to exchange. She enjoys her work because she loves all things property, and finds being involved in such an exciting stage in someone’s life very rewarding.
