All our hogs are hand-reared and purchased locally from Priors Hall Farm in Lindsell. Our catering chefs will arrive up to six hours prior to service for your wedding or party, to ensure your hog is cooked to perfection with crispy crackling, stuffing and apple sauce. A truly wow factor for a wedding catering spectacle.
