Clients have included Yorkshire Water, Severn Trent, Scottish Water, British Energy and Conoco.
Robert developed, implemented and managed systems to support the business and became involved in a variety of aspects, including administering Quality and Environmental management systems, managing the attainment of Achilles Verify, completing client prequalifications and maintaining the registration of Health and Safety and Procurement databases such as CHAS, UVDB and SCMS.
Realising that many small and medium sized construction businesses have similar needs for such assistance, Robert established Balena Construction Services Limited, offering clients a flexible approach, helping them to meet the challenges of running a construction business in the 21st century.
